I just placed an order, when will it ship?
- All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks. but "Ready To Ship" ships out within 3 to 5 business days and delivery varies between 2-5 days within the USA. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
- International Orders: Orders outside of the USA will ship after processing (3-4 weeks) and delivery can take up to 4-10 business days from our overseas warehouse to expedite delivery times. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by braided wigs by Jay.
- Once your braided wigs completes the initial processing, a tracking number is generated (It may take a few days for tracking to be updated because we gather a lot of orders which has to be inspected and ship in batches.) From the day the tracking is generated, it will take 2-5 days to arrive to your address depending on the shipping method you choose. Shipping time will vary based on many factors, especially depending on your location but you would be sent an email with your tracking number to check for status.

How do you handle Returns?
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of the product which is custom made and the time and effort put into this there are no exchange, return or refund permitted.
1.If the wig is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order
2.If it is quality issue or we ship wrong wig, we will pay the return shipping fee but please choose the same shipping company we used to send your order.
3.After receiving the returned goods, we will make a replacement depending on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.
5.If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund.
All wigs are thoroughly inspected and pictures taken before leaving our Warehouse, and double checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.
We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong order or your item is defective. it must be in the original state when received if wrong item was sent. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number
A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.

I have entered an incorrect address!
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes are not possible after the order has been placed.
I just placed an order, but I didn’t get a confirmation email. What’s going on?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
Typically you will receive an email immediately, but in some cases please allow up to 4 hours for it to arrive. If you're still unable to locate your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist you.
How do I track my package?
Within 3-4 weeks of ordering your item, you will receive a tracking number. You can either click on the link or copy the tracking number and check up with DHL
Why do I have two tracking numbers?
Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you were not double billed or received a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.
